Moringa Pasta

Moringa blended into a creamy garlic and olive oil sauce, tossed with linguine and topped with pine nuts.

Ingredients

  • 200g linguine
  • 2 tbsp Leafydoo Moringa Flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 100ml double cream
  • 30g pine nuts, toasted
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 01Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. 02Sautu00e9 garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1 minute.
  3. 03Add cream and moringa flakes, stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. 04Toss drained pasta through the sauce.
  5. 05Serve topped with toasted pine nuts and a drizzle of olive oil.
